Artful Prayer is a creative program presented by Sister Kathy, designed to use the arts as a way of exploring Visio Divina, visual forms of prayer. Workshops included in the Artful Prayer Program are Art Journaling, Mandala Meditation, Visual Mantras, Praying with Icons, Celtic Art and a variety of other topics that explore how to use art work as a personal vehicle for prayer.

ART JOURNAL SESSIONS will resume Monday, September 23rd

Art Journaling meets every Monday 1:00 – 3:00 PM in the Social Space. All are welcome. It is a time to write, draw, color and explore scripture and prayer through visual forms. No artistic ability is needed, just a desire to explore the creative arts in search of God’s call to us.

Spiritual Direction is also available with Sister Kathy. This process encourages you to explore a closer relationship with God. In spiritual direction you reflect deeply on the experiences of your daily life and how God comes into play with it all. Direction invites you to journey with another person on the path to God, searching together to deepen the relationship that already exists between you and your God.
